Section 1

General Provisions

jeta6 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting service provider for users in Bangladesh. This terms and conditions document ("Terms") forms a legally binding agreement between you and the jeta6 platform.

When you create an account on jeta6, access, or use the platform, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using the platform.

1.1 Definitions

• "User" or "you" — a person who is registered on the jeta6 platform and uses its services.
• "Account" — the personal profile created by the user and approved by jeta6.

• "Bonus" — promotional credit granted by jeta6, usable under specific conditions.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

jeta6 services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. You must be honest about your actual age when creating an account. If a person is found to be below the required age limit, their account will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If jeta6 identifies multiple accounts under the same person, all accounts will be closed and the associated funds will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided when creating an account must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may be grounds for account cancellation and forfeiture of funds. If your information changes, you must notify jeta6's support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account, unless you promptly notify jeta6 of any unauthorized access.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the jeta6 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.

jeta6 may complete identity verification (KYC) before approving a withdrawal request. jeta6 reserves the right to suspend or cancel withdrawals if fraud or a breach of rules is suspected.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on jeta6 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Alternatively, depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳28,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw a received bonus, bets worth 10 times the bonus amount must be placed. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. For example, after completing ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in wagers, the bonus funds become withdrawable.

4.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• A bonus may be claimed only once.
• Bonus offers apply only to users whose accounts are free from suspicion of fraud.
• jeta6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses must be used for personal use only and in accordance with the betting rules.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering conditions have been met.

4.4 VIP Program

jeta6 maintains four VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Advancement to a higher tier depends on your overall activity and participation.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeta6 platform:

1. Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
2. Placing coordinated bets with other users to meet bonus conditions (bonus abuse or collusion).
3. Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
4. Placing bets or playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
5. Exploiting any technical error or bug to gain an unfair advantage — any funds obtained through such an advantage will be considered void.
6. Abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward other users or staff on the platform.
7. Creating an account using a fake or false identity.

Any of the above violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds. jeta6 reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.

6.1 Collection of Personal Information

6.2 SSL Encryption

jeta6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Participation in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Prolonged inactivity on the account (after a specified period).
• For legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

8.2 Closure by the User

Any user may request closure of their account at any time. Any available balance can be withdrawn through the proper method before account closure, unless bonus wagering conditions remain unfulfilled.

Limitation of Liability

9.2 Betting Outcomes

jeta6 does not provide any guarantee regarding the outcome of any game or bet. All gaming activities are conducted to ensure fair and random results (fair play).

9.3 Third-Party Services

The games displayed on jeta6 are operated by various third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.). jeta6's liability for technical errors by these providers is limited.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between jeta6 and the user regarding the services and supersede any prior oral or written agreements.

11.3 Assignment of Rights

The user may not transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms to a third party without the prior written consent of jeta6.
